All client, candidate, and company information is strictly confidential. All communications with clients flow through TSS — no direct client contact without authorisation.
A certificate of association is issued upon completion of the standard engagement term, suitable for your professional portfolio.
By expressing interest in or accepting an Honorary Partner title, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These provisions protect both you and Talent Synergy Solutions.
An Honorary Partner title does not constitute employment, a service contract, or any form of agency relationship with Talent Synergy Solutions (TSS) or The Talent Care Group (TTCG). No employee-employer relationship, partnership at law, joint venture, or fiduciary duty is created by participation in this programme. Honorary Partners are not entitled to salary, benefits, provident fund contributions, gratuity, ESI, or any statutory employment rights under Indian labour law.
Participation in this programme carries no guaranteed income, remuneration, or compensation of any kind. Any profit-sharing, referral commission, or project-based fee is entirely contingent upon actual business engagement and must be separately agreed in writing before any activity commences. TSS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any compensation arrangement with reasonable notice.
The honorary title granted is non-transferable and remains the intellectual property of TSS. The title may be listed on your personal LinkedIn profile and professional biography with the explicit qualifier "(Honorary)" or "(Advisory)" as appropriate. It may not be used to enter into contracts, sign legal documents, or represent TSS in any binding capacity. TSS reserves the right to revoke the title at any time with immediate effect if the terms of this programme are breached or if reputational harm to TSS is likely.
Any advice, strategy, content, candidate introductions, or business leads contributed by an Honorary Partner in the course of engagement with TSS shall be deemed shared in good faith and may be used by TSS without further obligation unless a separate written agreement specifying IP ownership has been executed prior to the contribution. Honorary Partners shall not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise TSS's proprietary methods, client data, or internal materials.
Honorary Partners may, in the course of engagement, be exposed to non-public information about TSS clients, candidates, business strategies, or pricing. All such information is confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from TSS. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the honorary partnership indefinitely.
An Honorary Partner has no authority — express or implied — to enter into contracts, make representations, accept payments, hire staff, or incur liabilities on behalf of TSS or TTCG. Any act purported to be on behalf of TSS without express prior written authorisation shall be the sole personal liability of the individual concerned. TSS expressly disclaims responsibility for any such unauthorised acts.
TSS shall not be liable to any Honorary Partner for any loss of income, loss of business opportunity, reputational damage, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from participation in or termination of this programme. The programme is offered on an "as-is" goodwill basis. TSS makes no warranties regarding the commercial outcomes, brand visibility, or business referrals that may result from the honorary affiliation.
This programme and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Where applicable, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru.
